Buying a Home Made Simple

Whether you’re moving up the property ladder, downsizing, or relocating, buying a home is a big step. At Carlile Financial, we’ll guide you through every stage — from finding the right mortgage to the day you get the keys.

We understand that moving home can be exciting, but also stressful. That’s why we focus on making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Risk Warning

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage

Mortgages

For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a minimum fee of £350 (Residential) and £495 (Buy to let). This fee can vary from case to case depending on the complexity which will be discussed and agreed after our initial meeting. In some cases, depending on the complexity, we may charge a maximum fee of 2% of the mortgage advance. A fee of 2% on a mortgage of £100,000 would mean a fee of £2,000. Once we have sufficient information to determine your fee, we will confirm this to you. The fee is payable on application. You will not receive a refund if your mortgage or loan does not go ahead. This amount will be confirmed to you in writing.
